Our courses are delivered online, with live sessions, recorded session can be accessed for those who miss the session for any reason.

Live sessions are conducted via video conferencing platforms (like Zoom or Google Meet). You'll receive a link to join the session prior to its scheduled time. During the live sessions, you can interact with the instructor and other participants, ask questions, and participate in discussions.

Yes, recordings of the live sessions will be available for you to watch at your convenience. After each session link to the recorded session will be emailed to you.

No prior experience is required. Our courses are designed for beginners as well as those with prior meditation experience. Each course description specifies the recommended level of experience.

No, our meditation practices are secular and open to people of all faiths and beliefs. We respect everyone's cultural and religious backgrounds.

The specific timings for the sessions will be discussed after you sign up, taking into consideration the preferences of the learning group and instructor availability.

You will be part of a learning group practicing together. Depending on your preference, you can choose to participate in online or offline group sessions.

To participate in the live online sessions, you'll need a stable internet connection, a computer or mobile device with a webcam, and speakers or headphones.

After you signup, an email will be sent to you for confirmation of your enrollment. Within 24 hours, you will be hearing from your program manager to discuss your preferences, timings and any other assistance you may need.
