A Compassionate Buddy is a psychologist, a trained and certified meditation teacher, and, above all, a nonjudgmental and compassionate friend. Each Compassionate Buddy is carefully chosen for their strong values of authenticity, transparency, commitment, and compassion.

Driven by a deep zeal to make a difference in people’s lives, they bring both personal and professional experiences to their role, creating a unique blend of expertise and empathy. Compassionate Buddies are dedicated to fostering personal and professional growth, integrating meditation with psychotherapy, and guiding participants through real-world challenges in a tailored, supportive learning environment.

Each Solace Space is gently held by our Compassionate Buddies—trained psychologists, meditation teachers, and facilitators—who offer a blend of therapeutic presence and spiritual support. Whether it’s one-on-one therapy, a guided meditation, or simply the chance to share your art or voice, these spaces invite you to show up exactly as you are.
