Each Chapter serves as a Solace Space—an immersive, experiential journey integrating sound, movement, ritual, touch, fragrance, and silence. As a Chapter Leader, you will embody Antaha’s values, cultivate your local community, and create transformative experiences for participants, shaping the future of our global network.

Role Highlights
- Lead and nurture a local Chapter as a sacred space for transformation
- Recruit, train, and guide volunteers to co-create events
- Collaborate with local partners to expand the Chapter’s reach
- Provide one-on-one guidance and support to participants
- Manage financials, event logistics, and Chapter operations
- Align with global leadership to maintain Antaha’s vision and standards
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Relevant experience in wellness, leadership, community-building, or facilitation
- Deep compassion and dedication to supporting others’ growth
- Flexibility to take on diverse responsibilities within the Chapter
- Alignment with Antaha’s mission and values
- Interest in teaching, guiding, and facilitating immersive experiences
- Ability to hold space non-judgmentally and maintain confidentiality
- Commitment to the role for long-term impact
- Open to candidates worldwide, with ability to legally operate in their local region

Key Responsibilities
- Listening to people’s stories mindfully and non judgmentally
- Help users de-intensify overwhelming emotional experiences
- Fostering a compassionate environment
- Learn about the user’s wellbeing needs and curate an exclusive approach
- Learn & practice Mindful living and share the learnings with people
- Follow the technology driven intervention, prevention & assessment model
- Learn and teach techniques to help people meet their wellbeing goals
- Curate exclusive content and resources to meet specific wellbeing goals
- Identify the needs for professional therapies such as CBT, REBT, DBT, and more.
- Lead in-person retreats to one of our solace spaces.
